Information we receive
If you use the company enquiry form, we receive the name, organisation (if supplied), work email, area of interest and message you enter, together with the submission time and the IP address made available to our server. If you use the expert introduction box, we receive your email address, submission time and available IP address. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share. Our hosting provider may also receive routine technical information needed to serve and protect the site, such as browser information, request times and pages requested.
How we use information
We use contact details and enquiry information to respond to you, assess whether we can assist, arrange conversations and maintain necessary business records. Technical information may be used to operate, troubleshoot and protect the website. We do not use information submitted through this site to make automated decisions about you.
Sharing and third-party services
Form submissions are delivered by authenticated SMTP through our Namecheap email service to contact@stratadefence.com. Form contents are not stored in the website news database. The notification email includes the details listed above, including the available IP address and submission time. Information may also be handled by providers that support our telecommunications and website hosting. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. The embedded Google map and links to external news publishers are third-party services; opening or loading them may allow those providers to process technical information under their own privacy policies. Their content and practices are outside our control.

We keep enquiry and business correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose received, legitimate business records or applicable legal obligations.
